Our Building Services
We undertake a comprehensive range of construction and carpentry tasks, from site carpentry and joinery - including hand cut roofs - to demolition and groundworks. Our experienced team also carries out general building work on smaller projects, including groundwork and site preparation, tacking and plastering, floor laying, and tiling. For larger or more specialised jobs we coordinate closely with trusted, certified trades - electricians, plumbers and other specialists—to deliver renovations, loft conversions and extensions to the highest standard, managing the whole project from initial survey and planning through to completion to ensure quality, compliance, and to bring your vision to life. Our Products
Alongside the wide range of site construction tasks we undertake, we also hand-make timber garden products and outbuildings in our Poole workshop, available to both standard specifications or made to bespoke criteria to suit individual requirements. A planter made from pressure treated timber. The sides of the planter are assembled from thin timber boards, rebated into the corner posts for stability. A range of finishes and materials are available, as well as wide array of sizes.
The ideal solution to outdoor storage and living spaces at an affordable and competitive price. Assembled with true timber framing techniques using 3”x2” timber, this sturdy structure is blocked out and braced for stability to prevent racking and twisting. A pressure treated base provides resistance to rot and decay over time. Internally, structural WBP plywood provides a suitable floor surface that resists water ingress. Real truss frames support structural roof sheathing, eliminating sag. The roof is capped with long life mineral felt. A Perspex window allows for additional light within the shed. Available in a range of sizes and materials, with customisable features that can help to tailor the shed to your needs.
An external gate made from treated 3” x 2” and faced with treated shiplap cladding. The frame of the gate is assembled using housed tenons - a traditional and sturdy joinery technique. The frame of the gate is rebated to provide an aesthetic border for the cladding to fall neatly into. The gate is braced on the rear face to provide stability to the frame. Not supplied with ironmongery. Available in numerous standard sizes, and custom dimensions upon request. Alternative cladding styles and materials can be chosen upon request.
